Sales Engineer - Industrial Solutions | $100K + Super + Bonus + Vehicle

About the Role

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a global leader in industrial spray technology as a Sales Engineer, covering a well-established and high-potential territory across Brisbane South through to the Northern NSW border.

This is a technical, solution-based sales role suited to an engineer who enjoys working closely with clients to solve real-world industrial challenges.

The Role
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across the territory
  • Conduct site visits, technical assessments and product demonstrations
  • Provide tailored engineering solutions to industrial clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and technical recommendations
  • Work closely with internal engineering and global support teams
About You
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background (or strong technical experience)
  • Proven experience in technical sales / solution selling
  • Strong understanding of industrial/process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, fluid systems, automation)
  • Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Based in Brisbane South (highly preferred)
