Sales Engineer - Industrial Solutions | $100K + Super + Bonus + Vehicle
Brisbane South | Territory: Brisbane South to Northern NSW
About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a global leader in industrial spray technology as a Sales Engineer, covering a well-established and high-potential territory across Brisbane South through to the Northern NSW border.
This is a technical, solution-based sales role suited to an engineer who enjoys working closely with clients to solve real-world industrial challenges.

This is a technical, solution-based sales role suited to an engineer who enjoys working closely with clients to solve real-world industrial challenges.

- $100K Base salary + Super
- Commission at 0.5% of sales
- Annual bonus up to 20% of base salary

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the territory
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments and product demonstrations
- Provide tailored engineering solutions to industrial clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations and technical recommendations
- Work closely with internal engineering and global support teams
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background (or strong technical experience)
- Proven experience in technical sales / solution selling
- Strong understanding of industrial/process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, fluid systems, automation)
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Based in Brisbane South (highly preferred)
