Job Description
review patient’s medical history, physical conditions and reaction to medication and order diagnostic test such as magnetic resonance imaging, CT scans, and PET scans to diagnose patients and interpret results
perform surgery on the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves to remove tumours and relieve chronic pain
perform surgery to correct deformities and treatment of diseases of the spinal cord such as degenerative spine disorder and scoliosis
prescribe post-operative care, and observes and investigates patients' progress.
maintain records of operations performed
