We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well-established and reputable allied health provider in Bundaberg, Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated OT looking to work within a supportive organisation delivering high-quality disability, NDIS, and community healthcare services.
This role is ideal for an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist in Australia seeking career growth, work-life balance, and exposure to a diverse caseload across paediatrics, adults, and/or aged care.
Role Overview
You will provide person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients with a mixed caseload. The role focuses on improving independence in activities of daily living (ADLs), functional capacity, and quality of life. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary allied health team with strong clinical support and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across a mixed caseload
- Support clients with NDIS plans, functional capacity assessments, and goal setting
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and carers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet AHPRA and compliance standards
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist in Australia
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience working with NDIS clients, disability services, or community health (highly regarded)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current Australian working rights
- Competitive salary package: $85,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
