Food Production Operators - Day Shift (x5 Roles)
 
Location: Adelaide (Northern Suburbs)
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Salary: $60,320 per annum + super (based on $29/hr, 38-40 hrs/week equivalent)
 
We are seeking 5 reliable Production Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing operation in Adelaide. These are day-shift roles, offering stable, long-term employment in a clean, structured production environment.
 
This opportunity would suit candidates with experience in food manufacturing or production, however full training will be provided for the right people.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operate food processing and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow production procedures, batch instructions, and quality standards
• Complete basic production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (GMP/HACCP)
• Assist with line changeovers, materials supply, and general production support
• Work collaboratively within a team-based production environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple production tasks
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a cold production environment (approx. 12-16°C)
• Physically capable of manual handling (up to 12kg)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
