• Assist with identifying major projects opportunities and ensure Company is invited at an early stage of the project (pre tender stage)
• Assist with negotiating contract terms and conditions Accounts team to ensure orders are invoiced accurately
• Responsible for ensuring Major projects receive outstanding levels of service.
• To be responsible for the administration of projects which include fabrication.
• Processing of claims, execution and submission of variations,
• project cost - forecasted cost- margins VS planned TO
• To be available to attend meetings with Customers
• To ensure the projects are administered correctly including, project set up, project claims, invoicing specifics, order management, delivery coordination and project closure.
• The use of CRM to have an up to date commentary on the progress of projects
• Work with Sales team to ensure customers’ needs are met at all times
• Co-ordinate with National Stock Control team to ensure correct equipment is available
• Co-ordinate with transport team to ensure equipment is delivered in right order at right time'
• Liaise with engineering team to ensure we have early notificatio of equipment required for future work on the Major Projects
• Provide summary information to key company's stakeholders throughout the duration of key projects.
• Direct responsibility for the processing of customer orders from both new and existing customers from point of sale through to closure.

Professional Requirement

• Project Management
• Good experience of Formwork, Falsework and scaffolding solutions
• Mechanical / practical understanding.
