About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you will use your mechanical expertise and diagnostic skills to perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. You will work closely with the Foreman and Service Team to ensure all jobs are completed to manufacturer and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform servicing and repair work in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Accurately follow repair orders and complete all documentation (RO stories)
  • Diagnose faults and seek assistance from the Foreman when required
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with correct procedures
  • Ensure all jobs are completed within standard repair times
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer bulletins and technical updates
  • Properly use and maintain workshop tools and equipment
  • Return vehicles in clean and acceptable condition after service
  • Use the Tune system to clock on/off jobs accurately
  • Report additional work required for authorisation
  • Maintain ARC audit compliance and A/C equipment records
  • Follow all Workplace Health & Safety and Environmental policies
  • Provide high levels of customer care and vehicle handling
Skills & Qualifications
  • Qualified Automotive Technician
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of workshop procedures and manufacturer standards
  • Excellent communication skills and professional manner
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated, reliable and proactive attitude
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry
Annual Salary of $76515 - $80000
