Belle is an accomplished Human Resources and Recruitment professional who has worked for a number of multinational corporations and an international recruitment and migration firm. She has extensive experience in international recruitment in a variety of industries including media and entertainment, creatives, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, hospitality, and information technology. Her 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Recruitment has given her a broader perspective on dealing with people from various cultures and backgrounds. She believes that understanding human behaviour is critical to meeting the needs of each individual. Observing current employees and job applicants' manners and habits on the job or in previous jobs, according to her, is the best tool for assessing their performance and capability. She earned a Master of Business Information Systems from Torrens University in Australia and a Bachelor of Philosophy from the University of San Carlos in the Philippines. She also a member to the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (RCSA #90449).
