Janice has more than 15 years of working experience purely in recruitment since 2003. She was initially exposed in global recruitment of trade and healthcare roles. She spent 5 years in healthcare recruitment, particularly nurses and biomedical scientists. Trades roles to include blue collar jobs, oil & gas projects, RPO and in BPO companies were also one of her fortes in recruitment. She is an experienced global recruiter that worked with different clients internationality including United Kingdom, Australia and United States of America. Adept at developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs and skilled in building strong relationship with candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful placements. Janice is always committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and driving organizational growth through effective talent acquisition. Janice enjoys travelling and exploring nature.
