Founder and managing director, Fred Molloy is an Australian registered migration agent since 2008 with the Office of the Migration Agent Registration Authority (MARN #0853698) and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). He also possesses an honours degree in Business Studies (Finance) from Dublin City University (DCU) & completed the Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice at Australian National University (ANU), with membership of the Golden Key National Honours Society for academic excellence. Fred is also a member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and serves the community as a Justice of the Peace (JP).
Core areas of expertise includes migration consulting, employer sponsored visas, general skilled migration, global recruitment and a pioneering consultant for integrated international recruitment and immigration into Australia. Solution focused, Fred prides himself on finding solutions for his clients. Always thinking outside the box, and driving Konnecting to be a consultancy to clients rather than purely processing. Extremely ethical, he works to the MARA & RCSA codes of conduct in practice, and is exceptionally thorough in guiding migration applications. He also draws on his diverse working experience in adding value to submissions and applications. He has established networks and contacts globally within both migration and recruitment industries. Dealing with each person as an individual and treats each person equally, thus serving Konnecting's clients with the utmost of care.
