About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily service department operations
- Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop service and workshop teams
- Ensure outstanding customer service and aftersales support
- Monitor workflow, repair quality, and workshop performance
- Manage customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes
- Develop strategies to improve service sales and profitability
- Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or similar automotive leadership role
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations and workshop management
- Automotive trade qualification highly regarded
- Proven leadership skills within a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage teams, workflow, and performance targets effectively
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience using dealership management systems advantageous
