review the patient’s medical history, physical conditions and reaction to the medication perform diagnostic tests such as plethysmography, duplex ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging, CT scans, angiography
treat a wide variety of heart and vein conditions including carotid artery disease, aneurysm, critical limb ischema, venous disease and lymphoedema
perform a wide range of reconstructive and restorative operations that repair damaged arteries and veins and remove blockages from arteries and veins including balloon angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis and bypass
prescribe post-operative care, and monitor patients' progress
maintain records of operations
