Duties
review specifications and illustrations to identify materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
order and select timbers and materials, and preparing layouts
cut materials, and assemble and nail, cut and shape parts
erect framework and roof framing, laying sub-flooring and floorboards and verifying trueness of structures
nail fascia panels, sheath roofs and fit exterior wall cladding and door and window frames
construct prepared wood to build structures and fitting ready to install
cut wood joints
