Part-Time Accounts Assistant
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable
- The applicant should have some practical office experience
- Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Preferably live in surrounding Mascot area
Duties include:
- Accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
- Invoicing, Statements and reports
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Debt collections, follow up with customers
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails
- Filing
- Account queries
- Answering phone calls
- Stationary control
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Misc clerical and administration duties
Two days part-time. Position is Casual initially with possibility of permanent part-time.
