Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • The applicant should have some practical office experience
  • Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Preferably live in surrounding Mascot area

 

Duties include:

  • Accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
  • Invoicing, Statements and reports
  • Daily banking and reconciliations
  • Debt collections, follow up with customers
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mails
  • Filing
  • Account queries
  • Answering phone calls
  • Stationary control
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
  • Misc clerical and administration duties

 

Two days part-time. Position is Casual initially with possibility of permanent part-time.
