This role involved:

• Preparation of estimated and elemental cost plan for M&E works
• Preparation of schedule of quantities when required
• Cost Management and Cost reporting
• Assisting the Engineers to assess, evaluate and recommend contract progress claims
• Assist the Engineers and with preparation of M&E variation orders
• Effectively balancing additional client requests with costs and cost /benefit consideration.
• Displaying a commitment to servicing internal and external clients
